NUANS Name Reservation Reports are completed with 15 minutes.
Turnaround time for registration, and other document request, varies, but most are completed within 2 business hours or less.

How will I receive my documents?
All documents are delivered by email to the email address provided during checkout.
Corporate Supplies are shipped to the address provided on the order form.
How long is a NUANS Name Reservation valid?
NUANS Name Reservations are valid for 90 days from the date the report is issued.
The expiry date can also be found on the bottom of each page of the report.
How do I attach a name to my existing Ontario Corporation?
Additional business names can be added to your existing Corporation by registering an Operating Name, sometimes referred to as a Trade Name.
When can I open a bank account?
Once you receive your registration documents by email you can take them to your bank to open a business bank account.
